• create competing products using our content

Your access is for personal or business use only within the boundaries of the license provided.

4. Program Access

Depending on the tier purchased:

• Blossom Basics offers lifetime access

• Blossom Pro provides access for the active subscription period

• Blossom Master provides access for the active subscription period

• downloadable materials remain yours to keep

We reserve the right to revoke access for breach of terms.

5. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed securely via Stripe through our website (Squarespace) or Membership.io.

By purchasing, you agree:

• to provide accurate billing information

• that subscriptions renew automatically

• that it is your responsibility to cancel before the next billing cycle

We do not store credit card information.

6. Refunds

Blossom Basics

7-day refund guarantee if you are unsatisfied after completing Module 1.

Blossom Pro

14-day cancellation window. No refunds after this period.

Blossom Master

30-day strategic fit guarantee. After 30 days, refunds are not available.

Digital Products

All digital downloads are non-refundable.

7. Results Disclaimer

We provide education, frameworks, and tools.
We do not guarantee:

• yield increases

• financial outcomes

• pest or disease reduction

• water saving

• orchard performance improvements

Results vary by orchard conditions, management practices, climate, and individual implementation.

8. Community Guidelines

You agree:

• to interact respectfully

• not to share private information

• not to solicit or promote without permission

• not to harass or bully others

We reserve the right to remove users who violate community rules.

9. Live Events & Replays

Live masterclasses, Q&A sessions, and strategy calls may be recorded and made available to members. By participating, you grant us permission to use recordings internally for training purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• crop loss

• business decisions

• financial damages

• orchard performance issues

• reliance on information provided
